Our Approach

Prior to the session:

  • Interview the key leader or leaders for their vision of success

  • Interview or survey a critical mass of the participants to understand their perspective (confidentially)

  • Share common themes back with the leader to understand and agree to the session design

During the session:

  • Structure and lead the process to ensure, all voices are heard, there are clear communication guidelines, the common themes from the interviews/surveys are shared, and the goals for the groups are reached.

After the session:

  • Session notes are collated, and a report and recommendations for maintaining agreements is provided.

  • Team coaching post meetings is also recommended.
